Fresno Area Residents for Rail Consolidation
A Public Benefit Corporation

WELCOME TO FRESNO RAIL CONSOLIDATION

“A project of Local, State and National significance”

Thank you for your interest in this project that is so desperately needed to improve the quality of life for all of Fresno City and County, its visitors and the California Central Valley. We join Fresno’s recent commitment to “Fresno Vision 2010” and are vigorously pursuing completion of Fresno Rail Consolidation in that time frame.

Fresno Rail Consolidation, first recommended in 1918, is now finally achieving the priority attention necessary to reach reality. We do not accept the failures of the past and are fully dedicated to pursuing the issue until completion. We are here to achieve success and failure is not an option.

Your support is very welcome. We hope that after you have the opportunity to review the material detailed herein about Fresno Rail Consolidation you will join us.

Your volunteer participation in our various activities will be of significant importance to the success that will be achieved. You will be joining a continually growing group of Fresno City and County residents in a community effort that is finally moving our elected leaders at the local, state and federal levels to do what is right for Fresno and the Central Valley.

You will be participating with a group of petition signatories and community and governmental organizations including their members that as of December 31, 2001 reached a combined total of 6,152 supporters.

Please feel free to call or email us to offer any comments you may have or to ask any questions that remain unanswered for you. Your call to volunteer any services you feel will be of help to the project will be most appreciated. Contributions to assist us in bringing this much-needed project to a reality are needed and welcome.

Thank you,

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
