The historic Southern Pacific Depot located at Tulare and H streets in downtown Fresno became the home of Fresno Area Residents for Rail Consolidation on March 4, 2002.

Built in 1889, the Southern Pacific Depot became expendable in the late 60's when the Southern Pacific railroad ceased passenger operations. The property was converted to a commercial business center in the early 80's and now functions as the Fresno Station Business Center offering full service office space for small and medium size businesses wanting to be located in downtown Fresno.
