Still captures from a home video shot by a nearby resident at the seven car derailment that occurred on September 11, 1999 on BN&SF's siding near Bullard Avenue in NW Fresno.  The derailment was right next to a small neighborhood park and fortunately no one was injured.

                                          A DEADLY MIX
Kids play on the tracks along the BNSF in NW Fresno near Santa Fe and Browning Avenues.  This is the scene of a derailment in 1999 (Scroll down to see photos.)  Minutes later, a northbound freight full of lumber and tank cars containing liquefied petroleum gas (LPG or Propane) pulls onto the siding to allow a southbound Amtrak to pass.
